These milestones, including skipping, play a significant role in preparing them for school. Creative Movement I

Creative Movement II
Our Primary Ballet classes are designed for young students who are learning the foundational techniques of classical ballet. Students will be introduced to basic ballet positions, exercises, and terminology, as well as focus on developing strength, coordination, and musicality. The curriculum includes center work, across-the-floor exercises, and choreography, all of which promote the development of proper alignment, balance, and posture. Throughout the course, students will use their imaginations to embody the joy of movement as they refine their ballet skills.

Jazz & Hip-Hop
Our Pre-primary Acrobatics class for ages 5-8 provides an inclusive and developmentally appropriate approach to physical activity. Our classes consist of a 45-minute combination of gymnastics, acrobatics, dance, and music to promote overall physical and mental development.
Under the guidance of our experienced and dedicated instructors, our students will learn and master gross motor skills such as jumping, running, climbing, and balancing. Additionally, they will be introduced to tumbling skills such as somersaults, cartwheels, and handstands in a safe and supportive environment.

Ballet I
For students with some experience in Jazz dance, our Jazz I curriculum builds upon the techniques and concepts learned in the Primary Jazz curriculum. This level introduces more complex combinations and choreography and emphasizes the use of space and dynamics. Jazz I students are challenged to develop their technical skills and musicality while also exploring their own unique dance style and creative expression.

Jazz I
This introductory-level curriculum provides a foundational understanding of the key elements of modern and contemporary dance. Students will learn basic techniques such as flat backs, primitive squat, lateral stretches, and release swings, while also developing coordination and strength. Emphasis will be placed on developing proper alignment and posture, as well as enhancing body awareness and expression.

Modern & Contempoary I
Our Acrobatics I curriculum is designed to lay the foundation for basic acrobatic skills for beginners. At this level, students will learn fundamental movements like forward rolls, cartwheels, and beginner balances. Through carefully structured progressions, students will develop fundamental techniques and concepts that ensure safe and effective advancement in acrobatic skills. This level emphasizes developing proper technique, body awareness, strength, and flexibility.
Acrobatics I

Jazz II
Building on the fundamentals learned in Modern & Contemporary I, this intermediate-level curriculum focuses on expanding students' movement vocabulary, technique, and musicality. Creative expression and improvisation will also be emphasized, encouraging students to explore their own style.

Modern & Contempoary II
Acrobatics II is the next stage of our Acrobatics Dance curriculum, where students will advance to more complex movements while still maintaining a safe and structured environment. Students will build upon their previous training, learning more intricate skills such as back handsprings, round-offs, and partner stunts. Emphasis is placed on proper execution and perfection of foundational skills, to prepare students for more challenging movements. Through engaging practices and drills, students will enhance their strength, coordination, and agility.
Acrobatics II
Ballet III/IV is designed for advanced students who have already mastered traditional ballet vocabulary and are now ready to take their skills to the next level. As they advance in technique and artistry, students will explore more complex movements and choreography, and develop a deeper understanding of ballet history and esthetics. The curriculum includes advanced barre work, center work, across-the-floor exercises, pointe work (for those who are ready), and choreography. Students will focus on refining their technique, artistry, and musicality, and gaining greater control and precision in their movements. By the end of the course, students will have gained a deeper appreciation for the art form of ballet, and will be well-prepared to pursue further training and performance opportunities.
Ballet III/IV
For the most advanced Jazz dancers, our Jazz III/IV curriculum offers a challenging and dynamic program that emphasizes both technical proficiency and artistic expression. This curriculum focuses on refining and perfecting technique while also pushing students to explore new levels of creativity and musicality. Advanced choreography, complex rhythms, and intricate footwork are all part of the Jazz III/IV curriculum, which is designed to prepare dancers for a professional career in Jazz dance.

Instruction is provided on intricate technical elements such as timing, rhythm, and balance. Acrobatics III/IV places emphasis on execution, form, and artistry, while building strength, flexibility, and control. This level is for intermediate to advanced students, who have mastered fundamental techniques and are ready to push their physical boundaries.
