Follow along as she guides you through an eclectic mix of songs and moves. Perfect for a boutique gym, community class, or party. Kelsey gives options for every level, so that everyone can participate (even if you're sitting in a chair!).

You may cancel or reschedule your session at any time via the Spaces by Wix app. Member Convenience: Whether you need to shift your workout to another week or cancel at the last minute, our system allows you to manage your own bookings without restriction. Waitlist Courtesy: While you can cancel anytime, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so that other dancers on the waitlist have the opportunity to join the community.
